How much does Arvanova cost me?
Nothing. Candidates never pay. German institutions pay our placement fee — this is core to our ethical-recruitment commitment.
Do I need to speak German already?
No. Many candidates start with little or no German. You'll need to reach about B2 before starting your Ausbildung (C1 is even better), and we'll guide you on how to get there.
What exactly is an Ausbildung?
It's a 3-year paid dual training: you study at a vocational school and work in a hospital or care home at the same time, earning a salary with full benefits — and finishing as a recognised nursing professional (Pflegefachkraft).
What qualifications do I need?
A KCSE certificate with a C- mean grade or above (Biology and Chemistry are a plus).
How long does the whole process take?
It varies. After your profile and screening, the founder interview and matching happen over a few weeks; language learning and the visa process then take several months. We keep you updated at every step.
How much will I earn during training?
Roughly €1,100–€1,500 per month, rising each year, plus full social benefits — with a clear path to permanent employment afterwards.
Will I get a visa to Germany?
The Ausbildung pathway has a dedicated training visa. We guide you through the requirements, but visa decisions are always made by the German authorities.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. Your data is stored in the EU under GDPR and is private by default — only shared with an institution with your explicit consent.
