Sign up with your email — no password needed. Fill in a short, mobile-friendly profile: your education, KCSE grades, any caregiving experience, your German level and your motivation. You can save and finish later.
Take the screening
Once your profile is complete, take our 15-question screening. It checks your readiness and commitment and gives you an instant score — there are no trick questions.
Meet the founders
If your score meets our threshold, you'll have a personal video interview with Maryann, our Kenyan nursing scientist in Germany — a friendly conversation to understand your goals and answer your questions.
Get matched & placed
We introduce you to a partner hospital or care home looking for trainees like you, and support you through the offer. Our fee is paid by the institution — never by you.
Language & visa support
You'll need German to about B2 level to start (C1 is recommended and strengthens your application). We guide you on reaching it and on the Ausbildung visa process — though visa decisions are always made by the German authorities.
