Arvanova connects Kenyan nursing candidates with German Ausbildung positions. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we handle it.
What we collect
Account details (email), your profile (personal, education, experience, languages, availability, motivation), uploaded documents, and your screening answers and score.
Why we use it
To assess your suitability for nursing Ausbildung, to match you with partner institutions, and to communicate with you about your application.
Where your data is stored
Your data is hosted within the European Union and handled in line with the GDPR. Documents are stored in EU-jurisdiction object storage.
Sharing with institutions
Your profile and documents are private by default. They are shared with a specific institution only with your explicit, per-match consent.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correct it, delete your account, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your application is active. Deleted documents are removed from storage after a short retention window.
